Jessica C. Moore

As the founder and owner of ThriveWise Solutions LLC, Jessica provides Human Resources expertise and solutions that enable and enhance individuals’ and businesses’ abilities to thrive.

Known for being an authentic, dedicated, and resourceful Human Resources Executive, Jessica is valued for her variety of human resources experiences, creative problem-solving, avid people leadership, and business optimization skills. She brings a unique approach to her engagements and her vision is to be a trusted HR partner for her clients.

With extensive experience in human resources leadership and operational roles throughout her over 25 year career, Jessica frequently is sought out to help build and grow organizations, restructure/enhance HR departments, and develop employees, teams, and leaders. Her breadth of experience includes HR business partnerships, inclusive of coaching and organizational design, people operations, and project implementation. Those implementations include HR systems, tools, projects, programs, and policies.

Jessica has been fortunate in her career, which has deepened her personal commitment to giving back to the community. She provides volunteer services to non-profit organizations and individuals by contributing as a Board of Trustees Member, alumna volunteer and mentor, annual charitable giving campaign leader, women’s affinity group leader, career coach, leadership forum speaker, township softball coach, and Homeowners’ Association President.

Jessica earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Delaware and her master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Kennedy Western University..

ThriveWise Solutions LLC Certified by the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council

ThriveWise Solutions LLC, a business specializing in Human Resources Consulting and Services, is proud to announce national certification as a Women’s Business Enterprise (WBE) by the Women's Business Enterprise Center East, a regional certifying partner of the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC).

We are thrilled to be officially certified as a Woman Business Enterprise (WBE). During my corporate experience, I always enjoyed the benefits of the women’s network. The WBENC certification will enable ThriveWise Solutions to have exposure to WBENC’s Corporate Members, access to executive education programs and business development opportunities, as well as to be listed as an approved and qualified woman-owned business for companies committed to fostering diversity. The WBENC standard of certification implemented by the Women's Business Enterprise Center East is a meticulous process, including an in-depth review of the business and site inspection.
