Jessica’s breadth of experience includes both HR Business Partnership, inclusive of coaching and organization design, in addition to her expertise in people operations and project implementations. These implementations include HR systems and tools, projects, programs, and policies.
Jessica has used her distinctive combination of HR business partnership, people operations, and project management skills in a variety of positions for 25+ years. Jessica brings a unique approach to her engagements and her vision is to be a trusted HR partner for her clients, enabling them to thrive.
Jessica has been fortunate in her career and therefore feels a deep sense of personal accountability for giving back to the community. She has provided her services to several organization over the years: contributing as Board of Trustees Member, Alumni volunteer, annual United Way campaign leader, Women’s Network Leader, Coach, Speaker, Mentor, Softball Coach, and Homeowners’ Association President.
Jessica received a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from University of Delaware and a master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Kennedy Western University. She lives with her husband and two children in South Central New Jersey.
